To best meet the unique needs of each family, all supervised visitation services are offered in three flexible time options: 2-hour, 3-hour, or 4-hour supervised visits. Parents may select the visit length that best supports their child and visitation goals prior to scheduling and payment. If a specific visit duration is ordered by the court, the court-ordered timeframe will be followed. Each visit includes continuous supervision by a qualified professional to ensure a safe, structured, and child-focused environment.
Clinical supervised visits require a minimum of two hours to ensure proper staffing coverage. This timeframe allows staff to manage check‑in, observation, documentation, and transition periods without compromising safety or the quality of supervision. The two‑hour minimum also supports consistent scheduling and ensures that trained personnel are available for the full duration of the visit.
To accommodate the varying needs of families, non-clinical supervised visitation is available in 2-hour, 3-hour, and 4-hour sessions. Families may choose the visit duration that best aligns with their circumstances and the child's needs before scheduling and payment. When a visitation timeframe has been established by court order, that duration will be observed. All visits are monitored by a trained supervisor to promote a safe, supportive, and child-centered visitation experience.

Every family is unique, and we recognize that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to supervised parenting services. While we strive to maintain consistency in scheduling and supervision, we are committed to accommodating the specific needs of your family whenever possible, including visit frequency, duration, and other court-ordered requirements. During your intake consultation with Angie Johnson, our Clinical Director, you will have the opportunity to discuss your family's circumstances, your children's needs, and any provisions outlined in your court order so we can determine the most appropriate service plan for you.
