Angie Johnson; Owner, Angie Johnson Therapy
Co-Founder, Kids Over Conflict
Angie Johnson, LPC-MHSP, NCC, RCFI, brings a unique combination of clinical expertise, forensic training, and real-world experience to Kids Over Conflict. As a Licensed Professional Counselor – Mental Health Service Provider and Registered Child Forensic Interviewer, Angie has extensive experience in child development, working with children, families, and high-conflict family dynamics. Throughout her career, Angie has provided divorce coaching to help children and parents navigate some of life's most difficult transitions, including divorce, family conflict, trauma, and reunification. Her clinical approach focuses on understanding the emotional needs of children while helping parents develop healthier communication patterns, stronger parenting skills, and more effective ways to support their children during times of change. As a Registered Child Forensic Interviewer, Angie has specialized training in child development and trauma-informed practices.
By combining her clinical expertise, forensic training, and a deep understanding of child development, Angie helps parents view divorce and co-parenting through their child's eyes. Her goal is to assist parents in moving beyond blame and conflict, better understanding the impact of their choices, and developing practical skills that create greater stability, security, and emotional health for their children. Through the Kids Over Conflict parenting classes, parents leave equipped with tools they can use immediately to reduce conflict, improve communication, and keep the focus where it belongs—on their kids.
When she's not helping children and families navigate life's challenges, Angie is busy keeping up with her own. She and her husband, Lee, have been married for 19 years and are the proud parents of their daughter, Allie, a freshman in high school.
A devoted fan of her Texas Longhorns and an avid golfer, Angie can often be found on the golf course, at a school event, or cheering on her daughter's softball team. Between family, work, and her many commitments, she stays on the go—but her passion for helping children and parents build healthier relationships remains at the heart of everything she does.

Annie Osteen; Owner, Veritas Divorce Coaching
Co-Founder, Kids Over Conflict
Annie Osteen is a Certified Divorce Coach, former Williamson County paralegal, and parent who understands divorce from both a professional and personal perspective. As someone who is divorced, Annie has navigated two separate rounds of post-divorce litigation, providing her with firsthand insight into the emotional, financial, and practical challenges families often face long after the divorce is finalized. Drawing on years of experience in the legal field and working directly with families in transition, Annie helps parents understand not only what the courts expect but also, crucially, what children need to thrive during and after divorce, particularly in terms of child development. While she understands how the family court system works, her goal is to help parents stay out of court whenever possible. Annie believes that every dollar spent fighting in court is a dollar that could be invested in a child's future, and every hour spent battling an ex is an hour that could be devoted to building a healthier family dynamic. Through practical education, conflict-reduction strategies, and child-centered guidance, she aids parents in making better decisions, communicating more effectively, and resolving issues before they escalate into expensive legal disputes.
Annie has been married to her husband, Dwight, for nearly 16 years, giving her insight into the realities of blending families, navigating life’s challenges, and raising children through various stages of life. She is the proud mother of a daughter who is a junior at Auburn University and a son who is a sophomore in high school. Annie is also a stepparent to two children—a 24-year-old University of the Cumberlands graduate now working in healthcare, and a 21-year-old currently serving in the Army National Guard.
As a graduate of Florida State University, Annie is a lifelong Seminole and unapologetic fan of all things FSU. Originally from Tampa, Florida, she has called Williamson County home for the past 20 years. Whether she’s with her family or keeping life interesting with her three rescue dogs, Annie brings authenticity, humor, and real-world experience into everything she does—including the classes she teaches—making even the toughest parenting conversations feel a little more manageable.
